I am running for the South Bend Community School Corporation Board of Trustees School Board At Large on November 3rd 2020.

I am running for the School Board because I have a vested interest in the success of our schools.

We need a leader who can motivate and inspire others.  I am that leader.  I believe that I can give valuable input to the School Board.

Relationships are built on trust, transparency and accountability.

I am a leader who is committed to working to help develop a strong strategic plan; it is important and necessary to have a clear mission.

I am a leader who will work hard for our students, parents, teachers and community.

I want to make sure every student is on a path to graduate and educationally equipped to lead a successful life.

It is my top priority to ensure that each student is served in the best capacity based on their individual needs; understanding that providing support to our school employees is the foundation for student success.

I have a passion for education, I am a candidate with integrity, honesty, academic excellence and experience.

I am asking for your vote and support as I continue to work tirelessly for the South Bend Community School Corporation’s students, teachers, employees, and community. As a committed leader, I strive to develop a strong strategic plan because I believe it is essential to have a clear mission and vision for our schools. 

I prioritize ensuring that every student is on a path to graduate and is educationally equipped to lead a successful life. My top priority is to serve each student to the best capacity based on their individual needs, understanding that supporting our school teachers and employees is fundamental to student success.

Right now, the most pressing issue is literacy. We must implement strong literacy programs and ensure we have the technology and resources to support them. Additionally, we need quality educational programs in a safe and caring environment for our students, teachers, and staff. It has been an honor to serve as a teacher, counselor, director of guidance, principal designee, and school board trustee at large.
